They just delivered another bigger one at 10×18 and I am again very pleased. The crew at Golden State are great and answered all my questions. They came out to my house to see if they can maneuver the larger one through the alley and gate because I have an opening of only 13 feet. I had called other companies that were closer to where I live but they wouldn’t send someone out they wanted pictures but it was a really tight fit that’s when I contacted Golden State and they said they would send someone out the next day. I am happy that the others didn’t come out because my experience with Golden State was great. Thanks to Vernon, and delivery crew and the crew I didn’t meet that build the sheds I am very happy with them and the prices were very reasonable. Thanks.

I had a workshop from a commercial big box store on order, with a promised delivery and install date. No shed, no delivery, no call, no show. Order cancelled. Called Golden State Buildings, turned out they had a bigger and better shed that could be customized, built, and installed in three weeks. In a mere Two weeks, David & Cameron arrived on time with great attitudes, as well as being both presentable and personable. The two man crew knocked out the build in three hours, plus there were a few extras like cement blocks under pressure treated wood to keep the shed off the ground I didn’t know was included. The shed is beautiful, and exactly what I need for my workshop. I cannot truly express the gratitude I have for Dion, David, Cameron, and the rest of the Golden State Buildings staff for getting my little project done so efficiently and for a GREAT price. Plus, they built my barbers Barn years back, and Duane at Hi-Life Barbershop couldn’t say enough about Golden State Buildings, and that makes this a pretty solid two for one referral. Perfect communication prior to the install (we had our shed built on site), the build crew was polite and professional, and they left the site all cleaned up. The shed itself is just what we wanted. After researching sheds, we chose Golden State Buildings because they are able to build on site, and unlike some shed deliveries, they include the roof and floor. The shed is well assembled and ready for use. I highly recommend the company, both for their customer service and their product. I would use them again if I have the need.
