I would highly recommend Golden State Buildings to anyone if you’re thinking of purchasing a shed. About 3 months ago I purchased a 10×12 and I am very pleased with it. They just delivered another bigger one at 10×18 and I am again very pleased. The crew at Golden State are great and answered all my questions. They came out to my house to see if they can maneuver the larger one through the alley and gate because I have an opening of only 13 feet. I had called other companies that were closer to where I live but they wouldn’t send someone out they wanted pictures but it was a really tight fit that’s when I contacted Golden State and they said they would send someone out the next day. I am happy that the others didn’t come out because my experience with Golden State was great. Thanks to Vernon, and delivery crew and the crew I didn’t meet that build the sheds I am very happy with them and the prices were very reasonable. Thanks.

My family and I have bought four of their buildings of various shapes and sizes. We have always has exceptional service and the actual product is priced right and built strong. I would proudly refer anyone to this place! When Victor dropped off the last one it was really hard to get it to fit and he helped me move some beams that were in the way! Way to go guys this is how lifelong customers are made.

Golden State Buildings did an awesome job on our pool house project. They were flexible and worked with us through a tight deadline. The quality and professionalism of the work was impressive. I found Nate to be an excellent project manager as he communicated with me regularly about the details of the work. The work was overall of sound quality and reasonable price.

Vernon & the GSB team are amazing! My dad purchased a shed with them and they made so many accommodations for my dad. It was soooo easy & simple! He gets out of work at 4 and wanted to stop by but they close at 5 and it’s a long drive from his work but Vernon stayed after hours and waited for him. My dad speaks Spanish & they did their best to make him understand. I have nothing but good things to say about them! They are amazing! I am just completely humbled and grateful for Golden State Buildings helping to build a part of my little dream. I had a workshop from a commercial big box store on order, with a promised delivery and install date. No shed, no delivery, no call, no show. Order cancelled. Called Golden State Buildings, turned out they had a bigger and better shed that could be customized, built, and installed in three weeks. In a mere Two weeks, David & Cameron arrived on time with great attitudes, as well as being both presentable and personable. The two man crew knocked out the build in three hours, plus there were a few extras like cement blocks under pressure treated wood to keep the shed off the ground I didn’t know was included. The shed is beautiful, and exactly what I need for my workshop. I cannot truly express the gratitude I have for Dion, David, Cameron, and the rest of the Golden State Buildings staff for getting my little project done so efficiently and for a GREAT price. Plus, they built my barbers Barn years back, and Duane at Hi-Life Barbershop couldn’t say enough about Golden State Buildings, and that makes this a pretty solid two for one referral. I had a great experience with Golden State Buildings, from start to finish. Vernon was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. He set up a site visit to determine what we needed to do prior to the build, and finalize the details. Perfect communication prior to the install (we had our shed built on site), the build crew was polite and professional, and they left the site all cleaned up. The shed itself is just what we wanted. After researching sheds, we chose Golden State Buildings because they are able to build on site, and unlike some shed deliveries, they include the roof and floor. The shed is well assembled and ready for use. I highly recommend the company, both for their customer service and their product. I would use them again if I have the need.

From the moment that I first met with Vernon and Dion, I was at ease. They let me take my time deciding exactly what I wanted in the design and helped with the different options. My beautiful shed was finished and delivered in no time at all and it was even more beautiful than I could have imagined! The quality was exceptional and cost was well within budget! We sought them out to build a garage. Roland took our ideas and designed the perfect building for our property. He then provided a turnkey project by taking care of all permits, etc. When building was started there were no delays and his crew worked diligently to complete the job, in a timely manner. All crew members were polite and knew his job. The shed was completed on time, within budget and job site was left clean.

The family run business works as a well oiled machine. Always pleasant, considerate and busy. This is the second time in 12 years we’ve used Golden State Buildings and would use them again if needed. I would recommend them highly. I was well pleased with the outcome.
